Gift vouchers purchased from Melis Mediterranean Restaurant & Bar are subject to the following refund policy:

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• The voucher has been partially or fully redeemed
• The 14-day cancellation period has expired
• The voucher code has been shared, used, or transferred to the recipient
• The voucher has expired (valid for 12 months from purchase)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase:

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Melis 2 LTD is not responsible for lost or stolen voucher codes. Please keep your voucher code secure and do not share it with anyone except the intended recipient.

6. Voucher Expiry

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or extended.
