2. Restaurant Bookings
2.1 Standard Bookings
- No deposit is required for standard table bookings
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice incur no charge
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
2.2 Large Party Bookings (8+ guests)
- A deposit may be required for parties of 8 or more guests
- Full refund available if cancelled 7 days or more before the booking
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the booking
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking
3. Gift Vouchers
3.1 Standard Refund Terms
- Gift vouchers are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
3.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Vouchers that have been partially or fully redeemed
- Vouchers purchased more than 14 days ago
- Lost or stolen vouchers
- Vouchers that have expired (12 months from purchase)
