2. Restaurant Bookings
2.1 Making a Reservation
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person
- A valid contact number and email address are required for all bookings
- Large parties (8+ guests) may require a deposit
2.2 Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations
- Failure to cancel within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee
- Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges
3. Gift Vouchers
3.1 Purchase and Validity
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
- No change will be given for purchases less than the voucher value
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
3.2 Redemption
- Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment
- Digital vouchers can be shown on a mobile device
- Vouchers can be used for food and beverages only
